A : Delivery usually takes:
- 2–5 business days within Java
- 3–8 business days outside Java
- 7–15 business days for Papua & Maluku
These are estimated delivery times and may arrive sooner depending on the courier.

A : We use JNT for domestic shipping.
For international orders, we work with available couriers based on the destination.

- Shoe tag is still attached
- Dust bag and box are included

Q : Can I write or tape the shoe box?
A : No. Please do not tape or write anything on the box. Make sure the box is in its original condition.
